Running With Scissors Cabernet Sauvignon 2006
The other day I was at the wine store when I overheard a sales person telling another customer about this wine. It is called "Running With Scissors" Cabernet Sauvignon, from 2006. The sales person said, "there are only two bottles left and it's a very good wine for the price." After they moved away from the bin, I stepped over to take a look at the wine and decided to try a bottle. The message on the back label is what sold me on this wine.
Here is what it read:
"Running with Scissors has an edge. We grew up believing there are two hard and fast rules in life. Never, ever run with scissors and never sell an award-winning wine for under $15. We believe this last rule was meant to be broken."
Our cutting edge wine showcases classic Central Coast Fruit. This full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon has enticing black cherry and toasty notes with a smoth, long finish. This exceptional wine stands up to a filet mignon or other flavorful meats.
Running With Scissors Cabernet Sauvignon.....Do try this at home!
Running With Scissors Vineyards, Livermore, California.
I tried it and I liked it very much. Everything about this wine is good. Its smooth and tasty and a great value at $9.99. At least that is the price at the wine store where I shop.
This is a wine I will buy again and again, I recommend highly. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
